Join us on New Year’s Eve for some special Dogfish Head beers!

Join us tonight, New Year’s Eve for some special beers from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout

A dark, roasty stout aged in oak barrels on vanilla beans.
Rare and often rumored about in the darkest corners of the beer community, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex, and lingers somewhere beyond the limits of the average beer.

Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, we’ve now taken this Dogfish Head classic and aged it on oak with real vanilla beans! With a little tender love and care we foster this beer from smooth, sweet wort into the big, bad blackend stout it always longed to be. Its bold, port-like complexity goes great with (or as) dessert.

Aged 120

A rare keg of aged 120 Minute Imperial IPA will be tapped. You don’t want to miss it!

Unfiltered and abundantly hoppy, it’s the Holy Grail for hopheads!

Immort Ale

A peat-smoked ale brewed with maple syrup
For this beer, we use maple syrup from Red Brook Farm (Sam’s family farm in Western Massachusetts), peat-smoked barley and vanilla.

Immort is fermented with a blend of English and Belgian yeasts, then aged in the big oak tanks at the brewery.

The sweet and earthy flavors meld magnificently in the Immort Ale.

Liquid Truth Serum

You can handle the truth!
MYTH: IBUs (hop bitterness) can only be achieved in the boil. TRUTH: Uh-uh!

The truth is, Dogfish Head has been doing innovative things in the world of hopping since we opened in the mid-90s. From our continual hopping method found in our 60 Minute, 90 Minute and 120 Minute IPAs to our latest innovation of post-boil hop additions found in our Liquid Truth Serum!

Our unique process involving pelletized, powdered, leaf and liquefied hops makes for a blissfully inefficient IPA that’s truthfully hoppy without being deceptively bitter. You’ll find the perfect match of citrusy and tropical notes, making for a zesty finish … honest

MORNING WOOD
This Imperial version of Maple Bacon Coffee Porter is aged in Bourbon barrels for months, lending smoothness to the smokey, salty, rich combo of maple syrup, fresh roasted coffee, and bacon.

WIDE AWAKE IT’S MORNING
Imperial Maple Bacon Coffee Porter
Rise and shine, buttercup – it’s time for breakfast. This imperial version of our infamous Maple Bacon Coffee Porter adds some girthy gravity to the the smokey, salty, rich combo of maple syrup, fresh roasted coffee, and bacon.

LAST BUFFALO IN THE PARK
This Imperial version of our Last Snow porter is a rich, thick, decadent treat. Pitch black and viscous, it’s made with coconut and fresh roasted coffee.

I’M SO EXCITED, I’M SO SCARED
Imperial Stout with Coffee and Vanilla
Hey there, tiger: lose control (and like it) with a little I’m So Excited, I’m So Scared. This ferociously coffee-d imperial stout is just like grabbing a booth at The Max, then hunkering down for a study sesh’ with a big pot o’ joe. Coffee aroma so good it’ll have you yelling “FRESH POTS!” Rock and roll? You ain’t seen nothing yet.

IRON & BARLEYWINE
English Barleywine with Grape Must
We blended this English-style barleywine with grape must for a distinct, vinous character that pairs well with slow braised dishes or acoustic folk rock. Notes of plum, pear, grape, red wine, fig, honey, and rock candy blend into a complex, slow sipper.

BARREL AGED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
Strong Ale with Sweet Potatoes, Vanilla, and Spices.
Drop the dressing and ditch the pumpkin, Sweet Potato Casserole is fresh out of the oven and ready to party. This fall treat is just like moms used to make – only if moms had penchant for gooey marshmallow, fall spices, and gobs of sweet potato cavorting in one sinful glass.
